Baby Yoga is a wonderful practise that supports early, essential attachment and bonding, with mutual benefits for parents and babies.
As a parent-baby interactive practice, Baby Yoga brings out the essence of yoga as connection through breath, enhancing natural development as it unfolds and joint relaxation. Baby Yoga’s hands-on active play benefits mothers and fathers as much as their babies.
The class includes, among others, hip and arm stretches for babies, playfull nursery songs and rhymes as well as short stories, nurturing massage moves, gentle stretches and breathwork for parents, and mutual downtime.
The class is suitable for babies aged 9 months old to 18 months old (mobile babies), along with their parents or caregivers.
