MamaYOGA before birth
Our prenatal yoga classes offer a nurturing space to relax, strengthen, and connect with your baby. Gentle movements and breathing techniques help you stay balanced, ease common pregnancy discomforts, and prepare both body and mind for birth. Suitable from the first trimester until delivery – no experience needed, just an open heart and a growing bump.
