Postnatal Yoga & Tea
Join our Postnatal Yoga class, designed to help new moms regain strength, restore balance, and connect with their babies. This gentle yet effective practice focuses on rebuilding pelvic floor, core, and back strength, easing postpartum discomfort, and improving overall well-being. You’ll also learn relaxation techniques to help navigate the challenges of early motherhood with more ease and calm. Plus, your little one is welcome to join, making it a special time to bond while moving together.

Please consult your doctor before joining the class.
Feel free to arrive from 10 AM for tea, snacks, and a chance to connect with other moms.The yoga teacher also speaks German, French, Spanish and Portuguese.
