 h a baby and as a family. In a safe and supportive space\, parents can buil
 d new connections with other parents\, share their worries and questions in
  a secure environment\, and gather new strength for daily life. After a sho
 rt initial relaxation exercise\, parents will receive a brief weekly talk o
 n a wide variety of topics. There will also be plenty of time for open exch
