Accueillir son nouveau-né en famille

Ce cours accompagne les parents durant les premiers jours avec leur bébé et au sein de leur famille. Dans un espace bienveillant et sécurisant, les parents peuvent tisser des liens avec d’autres parents, partager leurs inquiétudes et leurs questions en toute confidentialité, et puiser de l’énergie pour le quotidien. Après un court exercice de relaxation initial, les parents bénéficieront chaque semaine d’une brève présentation sur divers sujets. Un temps d’échange libre sera également prévu ensuite.

Public cible : Bébés jusqu’à 6 mois.

 

Ces séances thématiques doivent être réservées individuellement.

Newborn as a Family

This course guides parents through the early days of life with a baby and as a family. In a safe and supportive space, parents can build new connections with other parents, share their worries and questions in a secure environment, and gather new strength for daily life. After a short initial relaxation exercise, parents will receive a brief weekly talk on a wide variety of topics. There will also be plenty of time for open exchange afterwards.

Target Audience: For babies up to 6 months old.

 

These thematic sessions have to be booked individually.
