Babywearing Workshop (EN)

This workshop is suitable from pregnancy onwards.

The babywearing consultant will demonstrate how to put on individual types of baby carrier (*except slings and ring slings). As the carrying period extends beyond the baby’s age, carrying aids for toddlers are also available.

Course participants can try on the baby carriers as they wish and test them with a doll, and finally with their child.

Throughout the course, they will receive support from the babywearing consultant.

At the end of the course, participants will receive the exact details of the chosen baby carrier and addresses where they can buy them.

The workshop covers the following points:

– Physiology of babywearing and the crouch-and spread position in relation to babywearing aids

– Duration and progression of the babywearing period

– Carrying according to the seasons

– Carrying in the carrier in front and on the back
