How to make outdoor time shiny?

FR: L’activité “Meet and Discuss” permet aux parents de tisser des liens avec d’autres parents  et partager les expériences du quotidien pendant que leur enfants explorent et jouent. Dans une athmosphère bienveillante et sans jugement, les parents peuvent poser leurs questions, échanger des idées et repartir avec de précieux idées.

Le 21.05, Dr .Pia Herrera, pédiatre, animera une session interactive autour du thème : How to make outdoor time shiny?

Le temps passé en plein air est essentiel pour la santé et le bien-être des enfants — mais comment en profiter en toute sécurité ? Lors de cette rencontre, les parents pourront échanger autour de thèmes pratiques tels que la protection solaire, l’hydratation, la sécurité dans les aires de jeux, la prévention des piqûres d’insectes, ainsi que les signes d’alerte comme la déshydratation ou les coups de chaleur. Un rappel des gestes de premiers secours en cas de chutes et de petites blessures sera également proposé.

Dans une atmosphère bienveillante et sans jugement, les parents peuvent poser leurs questions, partager leurs expériences et repartir avec des conseils simples et concrets.

On 21.05, Dr Pia Herera, a trained paediatrician, will lead an interactive session on the theme: How to make outdoor time shiny?

Outdoor time is essential for children’s health and well-being — but how can we enjoy it safely? During this meeting,parents will have the opportunity to discuss practical topics such as sun protection, hydration, playground safety, prevention of insect bites, as well as warning signs like dehydration or overheating. A reminder of basic first aid in case of falls and minor injuries will also be included.

In a supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere, parents are invited to ask questions, share their experiences, and leave with simple, practical advice.
