Kitchen Table Conversation : The challenge of reintegration after parental leave.

What strategies might we use to ease the transition back to the workplace after parental leave?
Returning to work after parental leave may present a range of challenges. From emotional support needs, to figuring out the logistics of infant- and childcare, to navigating a workplace that may not be as supportive as hoped, the challenges can be multiple and daunting. Join us to discusses strategies for returning to and integrating smoothly into the workplace.

Please arrive a few minutes early so you have time to grab a coffee and get settled to allow us to start on time.

About Kitchen Table Conversations (KTCs) :

Kitchen Table Conversations are designed to create a comfortable and safe environment for lively conversation and sharing.
This unique approach to exchanging ideas and information allows participants to reside in a state of heightened co-operation.
It generates new and innovative ways of looking at problems, mobilises individuals & teams toward solutions, and ensures that rationale, examples, and agreements are clear enough to live on with participants and the community.

Our moderator Lisa Francis-Jennings, is the co-author of the book Innovation at the Kitchen Table. Her company StratAffect S.A. is the KTC European Centre of Excellence. She has moderated conversations &/or taught the KTC methodology to individuals/groups located across Europe & North America.
