Trouver le bon moment pour lâcher prise est un processus qui nous accompagne tout au long de notre vie. Créer un lien d’attachement fort est vital pour l’enfant et l’aide à bien grandir. Mais les enfants et les adolescents ont également un besoin naturel d’autonomie et le désir de liberté prend de l’importance avec l’âge de l’enfant. Comment pouvons-nous, en tant que parents, trouver un équilibre entre le besoin d’autonomie et le besoin de sécurité? Comment accompagner nos enfants dans leur développement, entre lâcher prise et soutenir en même temps?
