Mir treffen eis zesummen am Bësch an erliewen d’ Konzept vum Waldbaden/ Shinrin Yoku. All Sessioun ass ënnerschiddlech opgebaut an beinhaltet Sënneserfahrungen, Otemübungen, Bewegungselementer, Kreativt Schaafen a Rouh.

Mir maachen eng Tour zu Stengefort vu rond 1,5 h.

Dëse Cours ass exklusiv fir Elteren ouni hir Kanner geduecht.

Nous nous retrouvons ensemble dans la forêt et font connaissance avec le concept du Shinrin Yoku. Chaque rencontre comprend différentes activités telles que des expériences sensorielles, des exercices de respiration, des séances de mouvement, des activités créatives et des moments de détente.

Nous faisons un tour à Steinfort durant 1,5 h.
Rendez-Vous: Centre nature et forêt Mirador
Ce cours est dédié exclusivement aux parents sans leurs enfants.

Wir treffen uns gemeinsam im Wald und erleben das Konzept des Waldbadens/ Shinrin Yoku. Jedes Treffen beinhaltet unterschiedliche Aktivitäten wie Sinneserfahrungen, Atemübungen, Bewegungseinheiten, Kreatives und Ruhemomente.

Wir machen einen Spaziergang von rund 1,5 h in Steinfort.
Treffpunkt: Centre nature et forêt Mirador
Dieser Kurs richtet sich ausschließlich an Eltern ohne ihre Kinder.

We meet together in the forest and experience the concept of forest bathing/ Shinrin Yoku. Each meeting includes different activities such as sensory experiences, breathing exercises, movement units, creativity and quiet moments.

We will do a tour in the forest of Steinfort for more or less 1,5 h.
Meeting Point: Centre nature et forêt Mirador
This course is dedicated exclusively to parents without their children.
