a postnatal pour se libérer des tensions musculaires\, se renforcer en douc
eur\, faire une pause et se faire des amies. Les bébés sont bienvenus.
Le cours est donné en français et/ou anglais. L’intervenante est kine et p
rofesseur de yoga et pourra répondre aux questions dans différentes langues
dont le français\, l’anglais\, l’italien\, l’allemand et le luxembourgeois
.
A partir de 2 mois post jusqu'à ce que le nouveau-né ait maximum 1 an .
Nombre maximum de participants: 6 mamans et leur bébé
• Il n’est malheureusement pas possible de s
e faire accompagner par des enfants plus grands.
• Prévoyez un drap de
bain et des vêtements confortables.
• Priorité est donnée aux personn
es qui n’ont pas encore participé à un cours de yoga postnatal au sein du E
ltereforum.
