Yoga postnatal
Un
cours de yoga postnatal pour se libérer des tensions musculaires\, se renfo
rcer en douceur\, faire une pause et se faire des amies. Les bébés sont bie
nvenus.
Le cours est donné en français et/ou anglais. L’intervenante e
st kine et professeur de yoga et pourra répondre aux questions dans différe
ntes langues dont le français\, l’anglais\, l’italien\, l’allemand et le lu
xembourgeois.
A partir de 2 mois post jusqu'à ce que le nouveau-né ai t maximum 1 an .
Nombre maximum de participants: 6 mamans et leur béb
é.
Le cours est destiné aux mamans. Les bébés sont les bienvenus. Néan
moins\, pour des raisons d’organisation\, les enfants plus âgés ne sont pas
acceptés au cours.
Postnatal Yoga
A postnatal
yoga class to get rid of useless tensions\, strengthen and have break with
other mothers. Babies are welcome.
The class is given in French and/o
r English according to the needs of the participants. The teacher is a kine
and a yoga teacher and can answer to questions in different languages: Fre
nch\, English\, Italian\, German and Luxemburgish.
From 2 months post partum until the newborn is one year old. The course takes place with the baby.
Maximum number of participants: 6 mothers and their baby.
The class is for mums. Babies are welcome. However\, for organisational re asons\, older children are not accepted on the course.
