Treffpunkt für Männer in Trennung und Scheidung

Die 14-tägig stattfindende Gruppe wendet sich an Männer in Trennungs- oder Scheidungssituationen, die Unterstützung während dieser Lebenskrise suchen. Der Umgang mit Einsamkeit, Selbstzweifeln, Schuldgefühlen, der Zusammenbruch bisheriger Lebensziele und die Neu-Organisation des Alltags, sowie laufende Auseinander-setzungen mit der Ex-Partnerin sind Herausforderungen, die viele Männer nicht zur Ruhe kommen lassen. Besonders die Trennung von den Kindern ist für Väter eine besondere Belastung: Sie sind besorgt, wie sie unter erschwerten Bedingungen Vater für ihre Kinder bleiben können. In der Gruppe lernen interessierte Männer sich im Austausch über ihre aktuelle Lebenssituation kennen, geben einander Unterstützung und Rat, erfahren Solidarität und Freundschaft.

Der Treffpunkt versteht sich als offenes Angebot für betroffene Väter und Männer und lädt zum freien Austausch ein.
