Beikost Workshop (DE/LU)

Für einen achtsamen und entspannten Start mit dem Essen. In den ersten 6 Monaten ist Muttermilch oder (Pre)-Säuglingsmilch die Nahrung eines Babys.
Aber der Zeitpunkt des ersten Essens wird kommen.

Wann ist mein Baby beikostreif?
Wie vereinbare ich Stillen und Beikost?
Brei oder Essen vom Familientisch?
Wie schütze ich mein Baby vor dem Verschlucken?
Was kann mein Baby selbstständig essen und was ist Tabu?
Babygeleitet Brei füttern, ist das möglich?

Babygeleitete Beikost bzw. Baby Led Weaning (BLW) ist eine natürliche und entspannte Form der Beikosteinführung. Sie ermöglicht es dem Baby selbstbestimmt in seinem eigenen Tempo das Essen zu entdecken.

Mit Hilfe eines interaktiven Workshops beantwortet die Kursleiterin alle Fragen und die Eltern lernen, auf was es wirklich ankommt– für eine entspannte Beikostzeit ohne Frust, dafür mit viel Lust und Freude am Essen!
