Being a parent while working. How to avoid being overwhelmed ? (EN)

Being a parent while juggling work is a daily challenge for most of us. Thoughts of family and domestic obligations intrude at the office, while those of work persist at home. So you’re constantly torn between these 2 worlds. How can you organize your life to stay on course and avoid being a constantly overwhelmed parent? We’ll be talking about routines and family tasks, but also about communication to avoid conflict and stress management. All of which will lighten and simplify your life as a parent!

Discussion group on the theme with theoretical input.
