Webinaire : Regard sur les besoins émotionnels des adolescents (FR)

Qu’est-ce que l’adolescent exprime avec un comportement colérique, rebelle ou lorsqu’il se replie sur lui-même ? Quels sont ces besoins qu’il essaie de satisfaire? Du point de vue d’un parent, c’est tout un art d’essayer de comprendre et de tenir compte des besoins d’un adolescent sans pour autant entraver sur la liberté et l’autonomie qu’il réclame de plus en plus. C’est en portant le regard sur les besoins émotionnels de l’adolescent qu’on peut trouver une des clés pour non seulement dénouer bien des situations mais aussi pour retrouver une meilleure communication et (re)créer une relation de confiance.
