We know how important stories are. Being read to or being told a story, deepens the bond between parent and child. It also ensures that children get the best possible exposure to language and encourages the brain to develop imaginative capabilities. Whilst some children enjoy chatting about the story, not all children enjoy sitting still long enough to enter a conversation about it. In this unit, you will be shown how to incorporate children’s stories, either in book form or in other, into your child’s play and creative activities.
For parents of children aged 0-10 years.
Intervention : Charlotte Reuter, story teller
