This site uses cookies clients, small text files used to analyse information relating to user browsing (frequency of visits, length of visits, pages viewed, etc.).

Personal data communicated by the user is processed in compliance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of data ("GDPR").

The State of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg does not collect personal data apart from IP addresses in web server logs for security reasons. User consent is not required before visiting this site.

The data controller is the organisation responsible for this site.

This personal data is only accessible to authorised staff of the Organisation responsible for this site and, if necessary, to recipients, in the context of the performance of their duties and the achievement of the stated purposes.

2. The possible use of personal data by the services of the Ministry of Education, Children and Youth following contact by the user.

By browsing this website, users can find out about the various services offered by the body responsible for this site, in this case the Ministry of Education, Children and Youth.

When contacting a department of the Ministry of Education, Children and Youth, personal data may be processed by the respective department as data controller. The European Regulation EU 2016/679 on the protection of personal data (RGPD) and the legal provisions that may apply are complied with.

Processing linked to newsletter management

The e-mail address entered when subscribing to the newsletter on this site will be communicated for the sole purpose of distributing the newsletter to a subcontractor, in particular the company "Mailjet" established in Paris, France, which is subject to the same legal obligations concerning the protection of personal data. To limit abuse, users must validate their registration by clicking on a link sent to the e-mail address given.

Processing linked to audience measurement

Certain data relating to the user's hardware and software, which is not of a nature to identify the user, is collected when the user visits the public site. The sole purpose of this data collection is to obtain visitor statistics (browser type, resolution, approximate location, etc.) in order to provide users with the best possible service.

Under no circumstances is the user's full IP address kept. Only part of the IP address is kept in order to obtain overall statistics and it is never possible to identify a user.

This data is stored and hosted in Europe in a solution provided by a subcontractor, in particular Adobe Systems Inc. which, as a subcontractor, is subject to the same legal obligations concerning the protection of personal data in the event that such data is collected in the future.

The data is kept for no longer than is necessary to monitor changes in audience numbers as a result of changes in browsers, resolutions used or other available statistical data.

Activity Box: Information on the processing of personal data

The Eltereforum department of the Direction Générale de l'Aide à l'Enfance et la Famille (hereinafter: DGAEF) is an entity of the Ministère de l'Éducation nationale, de l'Enfance et de la Jeunesse responsible for the distribution of Activity Box as part of the Ministry's national campaign " Digital Dryer ". The contact details for the DGAEF are as follows: L-2165 LUXEMBOURG, 33, rives de Clausen (tel: (+352) 247-63700).

The information collected through this reservation is recorded in a computer file by the DGAEF, as the data controller, to enable the distribution of the Activity Box reserved by children's legal representatives at Eltereforum pick-up points, as indicated in the diary on Eltereforum.lu.

Pursuant to Article 6.1 of the European Regulation (EU) of 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter the Regulation), the lawfulness of the processing of personal data for this, depends on the consent of the person concerned by the said processing of personal data.

Please note that you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time (without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent carried out prior to the withdrawal of consent). To exercise your right to withdraw your consent, please send an email to  rygrersbehz@zra.yh specifying the processing for which you wish to withdraw your consent.

The data processing concerns all children and their parents or guardians who complete and submit a reservation for a slot in the Activity Box to the DGAEF Eltereforum service.

The personal data collected are :

Following your request to withdraw from the Activity box, your personal data will be stored in a secure IT area to which only DGAEF Eltereforum staff will have access and will under no circumstances be passed on to a third party. The processing that will be applied to your personal data will be restricted to the provision and physical withdrawal of an Activity box. Activity box limited to one copy per family with children under 3.

The data collected is kept for the time necessary to achieve the purposes indicated above, i.e. in particular the reservation of a collection slot for the Activity Box, and will be automatically deleted within 3 months of the sending of the e-mail confirming registration for this event.

Articles 15 to 21 of the Regulation lay down the right of holders of personal data to information, the right of access to data, the right to rectification and erasure of data, the right to restrict data processing and the right to data portability.

Any request concerning the protection of personal data or the exercise of one of the rights provided for in Articles 15 to 21 of the Regulation should be addressed to the Data Protection Officer:

Protection of personal data

The data collected on our site can only come from the voluntary entry of your personal data, for example by using the contact form or by registering for one of the activities organised by Eltereforum. Please note that this data will only be stored on the RESTENA server for as long as necessary* and will not be disclosed to third parties. Nor will this data be used for commercial purposes.

You have the right to request a file containing all the personal data we hold about you. You may also request the rectification of incorrect personal data and the deletion of some or all of your personal data when the storage of such data is no longer necessary. This does not include data stored for administrative, legal or security purposes.

You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, unless the processing is motivated by a serious and compelling legitimate interest.

You also have the right to request that your personal data be sent to you. At your request, this personal data may also be sent to a third party.

* Duration of storage of your personal data

If you register for one of the activities at Eltereforum, we may store your personal data from the time of registration until the 30th day after the event. This data is necessary to enable us to contact you for organisational reasons. (For example: changes in the course of the activities, cancellation of the activity or similar).
